Former United Reformed Church, Wigton


This former United Reformed Church is located on Water Street in Wigton. It opened as an independent chapel on the 8th of October 1834, replacing an earlier Congregational chapel on Market Hill, built in 1819. The URC church closed for worship in 2009. The former URC church and manse are Grade II listed on the National Heritage List for England.
