Denton Hall

East Denton Hall, located off West Road in the Denton area of Newcastle, dates from 1622, with later alterations to the building.

It is often known as the 'Bishops's House' as it was the house and offices of the Roman Catholic Bishop of Newcastle & Hexham from 1942. The building was on the market for sale in 2020.

East Denton Hall is Grade I listed on the National Heritage List for England.
