Church of St. Mary

The parish church in Longframlington dates from c.1190, possibly on the site of an even earlier church. It was a chapel of ease to Felton until 1891; after which Longframlington became an independent parish. The church was carefully restored in the late nineteenth century retaining its fine Norman chancel arch, partly rebuilt 1882 by John Wardle of Newcastle.
