Chapel Cottage, Roddam
Chapel Cottage at Roddam, Northumberland, is an elaborate estate cottage dating from the late 18th century. It has a square tower on it's west side, with late 18th century clock faces to 2 sides, with only one hand each.[1] The building has a brick barrel-vaulted basement, thought to have been a root store.
