Chapel at Chipchase Castle
This private chapel is located to the south-east of Chipchase Castle. The chapel dates from the Medieval period, but after becoming ruinous, was partly rebuilt after 1735, for John Reed. The chapel retains some Medieval masonry. It also includes urns with emblems of the Heron family, who occupied Chipchase from the 12th century. The chapel is a Grade I listed building on the National Heritage List for England.
