Butterknowle War Memorial


This War Memorial stands on the north side of Pinfold Lane in Butterknowle, County Durham. The monument is dedicated to the 23 members of the local community, who lost their lives in the First World War. At a later dedication was added for the 10 men who died during the Second World War. The memorial is Grade II listed on the National Heritage List for England.
