Brigham War Memorial


Brigham War Memorial is located on the churchyard of the St Bridget's Church, off the A66, Brigham, Cumbria. The memorial commemorates 22 local servicemen who fell in the First World War and 16 men who fell in the Second World War. The memorial was originally unveiled in March 1921 and dedicated by the Bishop of Carlisle. It is Grade II listed on the National Heritage List for England. The Memorial Hall, which formed part of the Parish commemorative scheme was unveiled in November 1924.
