Bridekirk Civil Parish


Bridekirk Civil Parish is located to the north of Cockermouth, in the Allerdale district of Cumbria. The parish includes the villages of Bridekirk, Tallentire and Dovenby. The parish had a population of 735 at the time of the 2011 census. The ancient Parish of Bridekirk covered a wider geographical area, which also included Great & Little Broughton, Papcastle and Ribton.
