Bolbec Hall
Bolbec Hall is located on Westgate Road in Newcastle. It was built in 1907 by F.W. Rich, originally to serve as additional offices for the Literary and Philosophical Society of Newcastle upon Tyne - it is next door to the 'Lit and Phil' Building of 1822. Later, parts of the building was used as a Coroner’s Court, with elaborately decorated on the first floor. After falling vacant, Bolbec Hall was acquired by Maymask in 2018, with plans to renovate the building, mainly for office use. Bolbec Hall is a Grade II listed building on the National Heritage List for England.
