Blackford CE Primary School

Blackford Church of England Primary School is located next to St John the Baptist's Church in Blackford, Cumbria. It is a voluntary aided school with about 50 pupils aged 3 to 11.[1] The school building dates from 1831 when it was established as a parochial school.[2] The building was enlarged in 1882. In recent times the school has been extended and remodelled to provide a new classroom and outdoor learning area.
