Tollhouse, north-east of Underbarrow


Toll Bar Cottage near Scar Foot, is located on Underbarrow Road, about a mile east of the village of Underbarrow. The former toll house dates from the 18th century, probably part of the Kendal to Ulverston turnpike road. It is Grade II listed on the National Heritage List for England.
