Shoreston Hall

Shoreston Hall is located in Old Shoreston, near the Northumberland coast, about half mile north-west of Seahouses. The hall dates from the 18th century, with later alterations. Robert Mauchlen laid out the gardens of Shoreston Hall c.1913.[1] In 2023, the hall was purchased by Ida Homes, with plans to sensitively restore the building.[2] The 18th century gatepiers, gates and railings to the north of the Hall are Grade II listed on the National Heritage List for England.[3
