Sally Hill, Gosforth
Sally Hill is a house, situated by the A595 road, about 1 mile north-west of Gosforth, Cumbria. The house dates from the late 17th or early 18th century. The date of 1783 on a sundial on the house is thought to refer to remodelling at that time. Sally Hill is a Grade II listed building on the National Heritage List for England. The barn and stable adjoining the east end of the house is dated 1773 on the door lintel, with inscription of John and Jane Bragg. The barn and stable are separately Grade II listed.
