"Small farmhouse and attached barn. Dated 'RBE/ 1719'. Roughcast over stone, graduated slate and plain slate roofs. L-shaped plan. 2-storey, 2-room house having front outshut in angle with 5-bay barn attached on left. House: doorway in side of front outshut has chamfered surround and dated lintel; blocked window above...."
