Rubble with cut quoins and dressings; mill house has Welsh slate roof at front and stone slates at rear, mill (ruinous) and byre (under repair) roofless at time of survey, except for Welsh slates on mill rear wing, one brick stack. South elevation in 3 parts: mill house in centre 2 storeys, 2 bays. 5 steps up to right-of-centre door in tooled stone surround; 16-pane sash windows in tooled alternating-block...."
