"Watermill. Erected c.1810 (on site of earlier mill). Chevron dressed sandstone; Welsh slate roof; hipped to L.H.S. (W.) ; stone ridge/gable copings, brick stack against E. gable. 4 storeys Aqueduct passes through front elevation (ground floor) to deliver water to pitch-back wheel....all machinery and water wheel have been repaired and restored (since 1975) to working order...." -
