"Town Hall. Late C19. Dressed stone. Wooden clock tower. Welsh slate and lead roofs. One tall storey with basements to rear. 7 bays. Central doorway with original panelled door in frame of Tuscan pilasters and plain frieze and cornice. Above a tapered stone tablet with rounded top bearing shield with town coat of arms....."
