"Bridge, 1810; end walls later C19. Tooled-and-margined stone. Hogback bridge with segmental arch, arch ring and band below parapet with chamfered coping; end pilasters carrying round piers with domed caps.....Built by George Robson, a local Catholic landowner, at a cost of £365...."
