  • Description

"This church was built in the early 1990s, and replaced the previous church building which was the former railway station at this site. The station building closed to passengers in 1929 and was converted to a church at a later date. The railway line closed completely in 1954. More information on the line and pictures of Darras Hall station can be found at http://www.disused-stations.org.uk/d/darras_hall/index.shtml" Photo by Phil Thirkell, 2006.
