    "This war memorial is located in Collywell Bay Road, Seaton Sluice. It is a 20ft high granite Latin cross on a pillar, on a plinth with a 2-stepped stone base. It is surrounded by a low wall and set in a paved area. The inscription reads: To the memory of our Glorious dead And in honour of the men of Seaton Sluice and Old Hartley Who fell in the Great War 1914-1918 And the World War 1939-1945 http://www.warmemorials.org/search-grants/?gID=467 War Memorials Trust" Photo by David Dixon, 2014.
