"Cottage, perhaps originally 2 cottages, and stable to Fulwell Water Pumping Station (qv). Probably 1852 by Thomas Hawksley. Brick with ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof with terracotta ridge cresting and brick and ashlar chimneys. Tudor style....."
