"War memorial, walls and railings. Granite pedestal and statue; ashlar curb and piers; wrought iron railings. Seated life-size figure of woman in classical drapery in dejected posture, right hand holding wreath, on tall square pedestal with wide base, swag-decorated frieze and wide cornice. Names of dead 1914- 1919 and 1939-1945 on pedestal....."
