Newport Road Bridge - crossing the River Tees

  • Description

"This photograph shows a view of Newport Bridge which carries traffic on the A1032 across the River Tees. The two electricity pylons that carry power cables across the river can also be seen. The picture was taken from near the Teesdale Way long-distance footpath on the north bank of the river. The viewing direction was north-easterly towards the Metz Bridge road interchange."
