    "Walled garden c.200 yards west of Twizell House GV II Walled garden. Dated 1819 by Prideaux John Selby. Random rubble lined with brick in English garden wall bond. Flat coping. Walls c. 12 ft. high along north side, ramped down to c. 9 ft, along east and west sides, and ramped down again to c. 5 ft. on south side. North wall has 2 boarded doors with segmental heads Lintel of one is inscribed PJS...."
