The Arches

Wallington

  • Description

"A Grade II listed structure, this courtyard gateway was erected at Wallington Hall in 1735. When it was found to be too narrow for coaches, it was replaced by the Clock Tower Gate and the Arches were re-erected as an eye-catching feature in the middle of a field in 1751."
