    "House. C17 or early C18, remodelled early C19. Extended, porch added, and altered c.1927 by Mauchlen and Elphick. Ashlar facade, random rubble elsewhere. Pantiled roofs and brick chimneys. Double span with cross wing on right return. Facade; 2 storeys. Long range to left in early C19 ashlar with older plinth. 5 and 1 bays. 5-bay section has doorway of 1927 with steps and boldly wreathed railings leading to porch with pilasters and hipped pantiled roof...."
