"On 15th September 2008, Phil Newbold, Senior Associate at Dewjo’c Architects, was presented with the Rose Bowl for Conservation for the restoration of Park Tower, the former Co-op Department Store. The Hartlepool Civic Trust Society staged the event and Joy Yates, Editor of The Hartlepool Mail, presented the awards Park Tower, built in 1913, now provides 50 cutting-edge, city centre style apartments at affordable prices...."
