"Primitive Methodist chapel. 1855. Ashlar with Welsh slate roof. Single storey, 3 by 3 bays. Raised alternating quoins. Broad central porch with cornice band and blocking course, angle pilasters and 2-leaf, panelled door in raised surround. Above porch a moulded panel inscribed PRIMITIVE METHODIST CHAPEL 1855...."
