"Seaton Lodge dates back to at least the 17th century. The first mention of the lodge is in 1670, and the owner is listed as Thomas Harwood, a master mariner. In 1685 Sir Ralph Delaval, who built Seaton Sluice Habour, moved here. It was demolished during the early 20th century...."
