Lilburn Tower
-
Description
"Lilburn Tower is a large country house near Wooler in Northumberland. It was built in the 1830's by John Dobson who was a very well known north eastern architect, and who was also responsible for much of Newcastle's famous Grainger Town. It is in private ownership and normally closed to the public, however the gardens and grounds are opened to the public once a year."
