    "Collingwood Street runs to the left, on the right it becomes Mosley Street. Upper right is Groat Market which leads to Bigg Market and lower left is St Nicholas Street heading for the High Level Bridge. The building on the corner was built for the Northern Assurance Company in 1878 with 1890s extension to Groat Market. The style is Italian Palladian.
