Marsden Rock

  • Description

Only a shadow of its former self, as in the mid-1990s most of the rock crumbled into the sea. Still an impressive sight, and a good trek up and down a staircase to see. The fisherman in the picture was taking part in a competition that day, with prizes for the largest individual fish (maybe flatfish? didn't quite catch that), and the largest total haul.
