Hurworth Old Hall

  • Description

"Hurworth developed as a wealthy outpost of Darlington and has several houses of note, the Old Hall being the grandest. The house is early 18th century, of brick with stone detailing. The house looks out on to the spacious green at the front and down to the Tees at the back." Photo by Gordon Hatton, 2009, and licensed for reuse under a Creative Commons Licence.
