    "Post-medieval beehive coke ovens. The management of the site was reviewed in 1998 with the involvement of Tow Law Town Council, which had a local heritage initiative. English Heritage grant-aided the consolidation works, excavation and recording of finds. The initial repair programme is complete and half of the site is now open to the public...."
