Newcastle: Cruddas Park revamped
-
Description
Housing in the West End. Former Cruddas Park council-built tower blocks now refurbished and marketed as Riverside Dene. Only half of the original blocks remain; they were built by Wimpey to a modular Scandinavian design known as the standard point block. In 2010 they were reburbished to designs by Cole Thompson Anders Architects undertaken by Wates Living Space.
