    Myself and the marvellous Montoff had the opportunity to go into the revamped old Tyne Tunnel this afternoon, ahead of its opening fairly soon. It's changed a bit since the last time I was down there, all gleaming and finished, though the sodium lamps caused all kinds of bother for white balance.
