Newcastle Quayside Market

  • Description

When my Mam was little she grew up in Northumberland, she can remember days out at Tyneside as a treat. One of the places that she can remember going was the Quayside Market in Newcastle. Now, my Mam, my sister and I sometimes visit the market on the Quayside. We love looking around the market. My Mam explained that the market has changed with it now being a tourist attraction along a much prettier, attractive setting. I have done some research on the history of the market. My Mam and I have enjoyed learning about this shared place we both love.
