Brownrigg Boarding School by Evan Dodds

  • Description

This is were my grandad used to go to school he said that it was really cool and that it was strict. You had to make your bed all the time and if it wasn't good enough you would get punished. He used to play for the football team back then when the ball was proper leather. He was fantastic at football he even went on to play for Sunderland when he was a bit older. Even though he still supports Newcastle he loved playing for them. The bunk beds were very special, if you were on one every one else would try to get it they weren't the comfiest bed but they would be much better than the ones everyone else would sleep on.
