• Description

The east end of Guisborough, Cleveland, UK as seen from Highcliff. Taken on 2004-08-02. A mosaic constructed from two photos combined with The GIMP. I am still experimenting with mosaics. I had not taken any special care when I took the photos and I had to rotate the right hand one by a degree or so and even then there is a noticable discontinuity in the houses in the bottom left quadrant. Still, I am quite pleased with it for a first attempt.
