    Full title reads: "Gosforth Park. Dedication of Legion Standards by the Bishop of Newcastle on British Legion's birthday." Gosforth Park, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Tyne and Wear. Large gathering of men and women of the British Legion, boys of the Scouts and others. Flags are held out as part of the ceremony. Men and women carry forward the Legion banners. The stop in a line and kneel. Various shots of the Bishop of Newcastle - he holds onto the flagpoles and says a short prayer of blessing on the standards.
