    Full title reads: "Jarrow. 'Instant Trees'." Jarrow, Tyne and Wear. Still of housing estate with no trees. VS of workers with new tree planting machine. Tree is dug up and moved to another location. The tree is planted in another place. The Chair of the Civic Trust (who are setting up the scheme to encourage trees) Duncan Sandys (Conservative Politician) watches tree being planted with small crowd of dignitaries. Also there is Lord Alfred Robens (Labour Politician).
