    Item title reads - North Eastern cyclists' parade. Huge crowds enjoy revelry at the Jubilee Meet at "Barney". Barnard Castle, Durham. M/S as people march along, one twirls a baton and others play instruments, cars with ribbons on follow. M/S of someone dressed as a windmill followed by girls walking down the street holding balloons. A coach and horses drives along full of men dressed like Cavaliers. M/S as camera pans across pearly king and queen and their children, a man runs about pretending to be riding a horse.
