    Full title reads: "Gosforth Park. 'The Pitmen's Derby'. 'Blue Vision' scores an easy victory in race for the Northumberland Plate." Gosforth Park, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Tyne and Wear. Horses are led around the parade ring. Horses are led down to the start. Horses line up behind the tape and they're off. Various shots of horses racing for the 'Northumberland Plate'. Cut aways to show people watching from the stands and the enclosure. The winning horse - 'Blue Vision' - passes the winning post. 'Blue Vision' is led into the winner's enclosure.
