In the foreground to the left are buildings on the Side. The Black Gate is beyond then the railway bridge and the Castle Keep. Beall Sculptor has his yard between the Black Gate and the railway bridge. A train is crossing the bridge. In the foreground centre is a row of hansom cabs.
