The photograph is looking from junction of Claremont Road and Barras Bridge towards Percy Street. Claremont Buildings are in the foreground to the right. St Thomas Church is in the centre to the left. In the centre to the right there are adjoining shops. The Grand Hotel the South African war memorial and other buildings can be seen in the distance. Several trams and cars are travelling along Barras Bridge.
