Breathing new life into Morpeth’s BB Hall

  • Description

SUPPORT is being drummed up for a £1.5m plan to breathe new life into the run down Boys’ Brigade Hall at Morpeth. The former Wesleyan chapel in Manchester Street risks falling into disuse unless major renovations are undertaken. Proposals to transform the Grade II Listed Building went on show during 2021 Heritage Open Day when people were given the chance to look at the property and talk to members of the Project Team about its future use. In this video we talk to Team member Robin Smith about the plans and how they might be funded.
