Description
Possible site of deserted settlement of Stockley, with occupational debris of pottery finds from the 13th to the 19th centuries. The village was apparently demolished between 1797 and 1838 and is now visible as vague earthworks and cropmarks. Vague cropmarks are visible on air photographs falling over the area of the possible DMV..... -
