ROCK COTTAGE - Outgate - List Entry

    House. Probably early C18. Roughcast stone with slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Slate dripcourse. Windows have casements. Entrance to 2nd bay. Cross-axial stack. Left return has lean-to porch to rear wing. Right return has small-paned fixed glazing to ground floor window; 1st floor has sashed window with vertical glazing bars. Included for group value.
