Meal Bank Mill buildings
-
Description
"A cottage and industrial unit, now occupied by a touch screen kiosk manufacturer. Meal Bank appears to have been home to various industries, including a woollen mill, corn mill and snuff manufacturer. This continues now. A better appreciation of the site is given by aerial photos, such as http://www.britainfromabove.org.uk/image/epw026815 taken in 1929. These buildings can be seen at centre-left."
