Howick Hall, gardens and arboretum, Northumberland.

  • Description

Earl Grey (of the tea) standing centrally - a dinner to celebrate the Reform Act. His particular tea was flavoured with bergamont because the water from the well at Howick had very high calcium levels and that diminished the taste.
